Getting drunk is a terrible idea, unless you're interested in discovering and uncovering yourself.

Don't ask an obviously sad person why they're sad unless you already know the answer or are willing to feel the same way.

We labour more to preserve our certainties than to find truth; a fence is simpler to raise than an ocean is to cross.

It's easier to build cetainty about what is right by constraining what can possible be right than it is to find it in a wider ocean. 

Why not nothing?

I've drunken myself into forgetfullness, but feel justified and angered at the loss thats happened. Whatever the universe is attemptng, this is true, I cannot write this thought without reference to I.

 

Losing a superstition forces you to acquire a new one.

Probed enough, nothing makes sense. I'm not sure if this fills me with despair or wonder.

We are fools to follow others misguided idealisation and oversimplification of reality. We are greater fools not to.

Death destroys all meaning.
